This smart hub unlocks integrated smart control and device integration without relying on your home's Wi-Fi network, ensuring your lighting system remains operational even when your internet connection goes down.
Create a new 3-way or replace an existing one with the Claro smart switch. Pair a Pico remote and bracket (both sold separately) to your switch and mount the Pico/bracket on almost any surface, with no need for cutting holes or pulling wire.
The Claro smart switch includes (1) Claro smart switch for Caséta smart lighting and (1) coordinating Claro wallplate. It works with 5A LED or 3A fan loads and requires a neutral wire. The smart hub, sold separately, provides an ultra-reliable and responsive local network for your lighting system, with simple setup via a single button press - ensuring your system continues to function even when your Wi-Fi is down.
Caséta puts the smarts in the switch, allowing you to control your lights through the free Lutron app, your voice, or directly from the wall (the smart hub, sold separately, is required for app or voice control).
The Claro smart switch is ideal for areas where dimming is not needed, such as garage or outdoor porch lights. You can also add a second switch almost anywhere by mounting a Pico remote/wallmount bracket (both sold separately) without the need for cutting holes or pulling wire. Additionally, a Claro smart accessory (DVRF-AS-WH) can be used in conjunction with the Claro smart switch.
The updated Claro aesthetic, complete with a soft LED light indicator on the right side of the switch, seamlessly matches your existing Caséta devices for a cohesive look throughout your home.
